Overview

Please note: We are available to serve you remotely during our campus closure. 


The Welcome Center is the place for new, continuing and returning students to get assistance with navigating the college. We serve new students through the matriculation process (orientation, assessment, counseling, registration) as well as continuing and returning students who are looking for more information on how to access services needed to be successful in college.

Here is how the Welcome Center can serve you:

Current CSM Students

  • Here are some  Campus and Community Resources  that can help you during COVID -19
  • If would like to make a counseling appointment, please visit Counseling Services
  • Workshops that focus on career exploration, academic success, personal development
  • Help with connecting to Student Services. Too many programs? Drop by and we will direct you personally

Distance Education Students

  • Distance Education students should contact Welcome Center for information on how to complete matriculation steps remotely
  • Help with connecting to Student Services. Too many programs? Call and we will direct you personally

Faculty Resources

  • If you need assistance with re-engaging your students, please use this form 
  • CSM CARES  is a resource available to provide help for students in crisis.

High School Seniors and New Students

  • Help with steps to enrollment and register for classes. Follow the Steps to Enrollment for details
  • Help with connecting to Student Services. Too many programs? Drop by and we will direct you personally

Concurrent Enrollment (high schools students enrolling in college courses)
